As a TPI Crtified trainer, EFT’s main sport focuses on training golfers. From correcting any limitations while at the same time strengthen key muscel groups specific to golf.

Corrective Exercises

During our initial physical assessment screening, we employ corrective exercises to address any deficiencies or imbalances that may be present. By conducting various functional movements, we can identify specific areas that require attention and develop exercise protocols tailored to address those needs. This approach enables us to create a personalized program that targets the root cause of the issue, promoting better outcomes and faster recovery.

Mobility and Flexibility

Increasing muscle length can provide added protection against joint problems and muscle pain. Maintaining a good range of motion is essential for a healthy and fulfilling life, regardless of age or fitness level, whether one is a great-grandparent, a high school athlete, or an Olympic bodybuilder. Flexibility and mobility are crucial factors in achieving optimal physical health.

Strength and Power

Our strength and power training programs cater not only to athletes but also to grandparents who look after their lively grandchildren. The ability to move swiftly is crucial, whether it's for achieving explosive performance on the field or crossing the street safely. Our Sport-Specific Power Training program focuses on enhancing movement speed and acceleration, which are fundamental components of many physical activities.

What is a TPI Expert?

A TPI expert is a golf fitness professional who has undergone specialized training to evaluate and improve a golfer's physical abilities and overall game performance. They use a variety of tools and techniques such as physical assessments, video analysis, swing mechanics, and customized exercise programs to identify any physical limitations, imbalances, or weaknesses throughout the body and golf swing.

Why work with a Certified TPI instructor?

The efficiency of your swing is vital to creating a powerful and repeatable swing. EFT’s philosophy of the human body is based on a joint-by-joint approach. The human body is an alternating pattern of stable joint segments and mobile joints segments and if the pattern is not working properly then there will be issues.

EFT designs programs and routines specifically for golfers, which focuses on enhancing golf performance that takes into account the golfer's physical abilities and limitations.

As a TPI expert, the fundamental philosophy is the "Body Swing Connection". EFT will evaluate your physical ability and limitations, how your body works, relate that to the golf swing, and create your personal swing style.

We will identify and evaluate using a physical assasment, the 12 most important swing characteristics, the kinematic sequence and see what your body can physically do. By using a myriad of physical screens in the evaluation, we will find any limitations with your golf swing and define if it’s an issue of understanding a concept or if it’s a physical limitation.

  • EFT trainers will identify areas of weakness and imbalances in a golfer's body, which can affect their golf swing and overall performance. By addressing these issues, golfers can improve their swing mechanics, power, and accuracy, leading to better performance on the course.

  • Golfers can reduce their risk of injury by identifying and correcting any physical limitations or weaknesses that may lead to injury. This can include improving mobility, stability, and strength in areas that are commonly injured in golfers, such as the lower back and shoulders.

  • EFT designs personalized training programs based on each golfer's unique physical abilities and limitations. This customized approach ensures that our clients get the most out of their training and are able to improve their performance in a safe and effective way.
